Your pets stay in my home with round-the-clock care and attention. No cages, no crowds—just a comfortable space where they can relax.
Boarding means your pet stays at my home while you're away. They sleep in a quiet, comfortable space, get regular meals and exercise, and receive plenty of personal attention throughout the day. It's a home environment, not a facility, so there's no kennel noise, no concrete runs, and no rotating staff.
I've been offering boarding services in the Salt Lake City area since 1989. Over the years, I've cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, cats who need quiet space, and even birds and small animals. I keep my boarding numbers intentionally low so every animal gets real time and care, not just a quick check-in.
Traditional boarding facilities are designed for volume. They're efficient, but they're also loud, sterile, and stressful for many pets—especially older animals, anxious dogs, or cats who don't do well around other animals. In my home, your pet has space to decompress, a predictable routine, and consistent care from one person who knows their habits.

Home Comfort
If your dog is reactive or doesn't play well with others, that's fine. I keep animals separated as needed and tailor interactions based on their comfort level. If your cat prefers to hide the first day or two, I give them that space. And if your pet has medication needs, mobility challenges, or dietary restrictions, I follow your instructions exactly.
Before your trip, we meet so I can learn your pet's routine and you can see where they'll be staying. I take notes on feeding schedules, medication times, activity preferences, and any behavioral quirks. You'll leave your vet's contact information and any emergency instructions.
While you're gone, I handle everything—meals, walks, playtime, medications, and monitoring their health and behavior. I send updates and photos so you're not left wondering how they're doing. And if anything seems off, I contact you right away and take action.
When you pick them up, they're calm, healthy, and happy to see you. That's what I aim for every time.
